Additional pricing information:

An Assignment is only possible for two persons or more. The bail is $500,00, the costs of the final cleaning are $125.00 and have to be paid in cash and on site. If the Grill need cleaning, it is $30. The prices are naturally given without the additional Florida-tax of 11%.

A commission of 25% is due inside of 10 days after the conclusion of the contract. The balance as well as the bail are due inside of 4 weeks before the start of the term of lease. Electricity, water, wireless high speed internet, cable TV and telephone are included in the rental price.

Pool- and gardening service:
Included in the rental price.

Long term vacation:
