Villa Three Palms

This beautiful villa was built and completed in 2002. It is placed closely to a broad salt water canal coming from the Gulf of Mexico in the southwest of Cape Coral. The villa Three Palms stretches out over a living space of about 160 square meters, consisting of a living room, a beautiful kitchen with view to the pool area, a prandial area for up to six persons, three sleeping rooms, two bathrooms, one utility room and a electronically controllable double garage with access to the house.




The about 20 square meters sized pool is canopied with a screen and either electric or solar heated, concerning the time of the year. Thereby it’s possible to swim in the pool regardless of the outside temperature. The area around the pool is grown with various foliage plants, which are typically for Florida and you can thus enjoy your privacy. The terrace, that’s directly accessible from the Master Bedroom, living room and the kitchen, is sized about 50 square meters and such best suited for barbecue and on the lawn in front of, and behind the house, you can enjoy a match of soccer or badminton.
